We run our business responsibly and in compliance with the legal requirements and governmental regulations of the countries in which we operate. Under no circumstances do we tolerate illegal or non-compliant behavior within the company. As a subsidiary of Siemens AG, we comply with Siemens's global guidelines and policies that require all employees to follow all applicable laws and governmental regulations. They form the basis for our work and the way in which our employees interact with each other and with our customers and partners.

To justify the trust placed in us by our customers, suppliers, partners, shareholders and employees, our top priority is to ensure the integrity and transparency of our business processes. This requires that we be notified of any compliance-related violation, particularly of violations of Siemens's Business Conduct Guidelines. The "Tell us" Compliance Helpdesk, specially installed by Siemens, is available around the clock and accepts information by e-mail or telephone in up to 150 languages. online or by telephone.

"Tell us" is available for employees, managers, customers, suppliers and other business partners. The "Tell us" call center and website are managed by an external service provider specializing in the secure and confidential handling of sensitive issues. Incoming information is not traced, and the sender will not be automatically registered.

Our top priority is to ensure the responsible handling of the information reported to the Helpdesk. The service provider forwards reports to the Siemens Corporate Compliance Office for investigation. A decision is then made how to proceed. All matters are treated confidentially.
